The State of Ohio requires that all ATV’s are registered with the State of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles., In addition, all ATV’s are required to display a license plate and validation sticker.  The only exception to this is for ATV’s used strictly for farming.   ATV owners are also required to complete an affidavit of financial responsibility, when they register and license their ATV.  Please contact your Whitaker-Myers Insurance agent to discuss your  ATV’s, and ensure proper insurance coverage for these vehicles.  Safe Riding!
